This is the best app in the world my counsellor told me to download it
The app really helps a lot but only complaint is that the meditations shut off whenever the screen turns off
Thank you. The tools provided are both very interactive and useful, and are helping me deal with my anxiety.
This app is great and I plan on using it a lot to improve my anxiety. Although I have one problem with the chill out exercises. My phone shuts off after a certain amount of time and when that happens the app shuts down as well, whereas others keep going. Also I find it a bit complicated for my daughter who loves using this as well. Could mindshift be updated to be a bit more simple and straightforward? Thanks! Love this app and all that it offers!!!!
Tried using this on an iPhone 6s and I could not scroll down at all. However besides that error the app did help me with learning more about anxiety
This is a great app with a very simple user interface thats easy to use and understand. The methods and lessons it has taught me were not intimidating or tedious to get started and I am now actually able to practice what I learned here in my everyday life without even thinking about it anymore. Things are starting to look up when before they only ever looked down.

Some bad moments

This app has a ton of potential, but its not easy to navigate, isnt seamless in organization, lags, and I am not sure who the desired audience is. Im in my late 20s but something about this app strikes me as for kids or teens.

I think this app is an awesome idea for people with anxiety!! Unfortunately none of the "chill out" exercises work, hitting play does nothing?? I think the inspirational quotes are probably the most beneficial part of the app. Disappointed that the exercises wont play :-(
Im stressed all the time and this app doesnt help at all. Annoying voices! Terrible options! Makes me even more anxious. I cant believe how disappointed I am.
Update messed up app, everything I had saved is gone and all the menus etc too so cant even replace it. Please fix it, I love this app!!! (iPhone 5 user)
Just heard about this app yesterday from a facilitator an anxiety workshop I started attending. Downloaded it, but its not working (audio does not play, the menus are blank when i open icon) which is really too bad as it seems like its helped a lot of people in the previous version. Hope this gets fixed soon! Id really like to use it. Thank you!
