Im stressed all the time and this app doesnt help at all. Annoying voices! Terrible options! Makes me even more anxious. I cant believe how disappointed I am.

5 stars because I know how this app was. This app was excellent, but is now not working after the update ... No available options on any of the main menus. . . Everything is gone :(. Fix, fix, fix! (iPhone 4S)
Dont upgrade if you havent. I am so disappointed that by "updated audio" they actually meant "deleted audio." The chill out tools are all gone now. Just a blank screen. A couple of recordings were moved to the quick tips but they dont play. I would have given this 5 stars before the upgrade (downgrade).
The app is excellent and it helps me soo much, but once updated it today, I havent been able to view anything! Please fix it! (iPod 5th gen.)
Update messed up app, everything I had saved is gone and all the menus etc too so cant even replace it. Please fix it, I love this app!!! (iPhone 5 user)

Just heard about this app yesterday from a facilitator an anxiety workshop I started attending. Downloaded it, but its not working (audio does not play, the menus are blank when i open icon) which is really too bad as it seems like its helped a lot of people in the previous version. Hope this gets fixed soon! Id really like to use it. Thank you!

I loved this app when I first got it a couple months ago. I really like having a variety of guided meditations and other helpful tools at my finger tips whenever I have an anxiety attack. It is really well thought out, has a simple, easy to use design, and useful information. Since I updated the app about a week ago, I noticed they have new recordings for the guided meditations. Unfortunately, the voices they used (there is a choice for a male or female voice- which is great) sound like they are just quickly reading off of a paper, not helping you relax. The female voice has a distracting accent and sounds overly peppy. The calm breathing exercise used to be 7 minutes long, now its only 4 minutes- the in and out breaths are way too fast to be calming. Im really disappointed because I find I dont like listening to the guided meditations anymore, which was the more helpful part of the app for me. Everything else about this app is wonderful, and Im grateful that there is an app for anxiety at all. Just please change the meditation recordings- and hire people that have experience!

I found this app really helpful for handling my anxiety. A lot of helpful tools, I use the meditative recordings mostly. Was disappointed in the voice recording change. The females voice sounds like she is rushing through the script. I would also like it if the Calm Breathing and Mindful Breathing to be longer, 4 mins just isnt long enough. There is a design flaw Id like to point out. The app does not allow the device to enter sleep mode. I quite often fall asleep while listening to the exercises, so when the recording finishes the display remains lit up and draining the battery. As I use my device as an alarm clock this can be a problem. So please a) bring the old female voice back and b) fix the idle problem. Other than that I do highly recommend this app for managing anxiety.
