Amazing app!

This app is so amazing. I was told by my psychologist to check it out for the mindful and calm breathing exercises!! They are so useful to calm myself down; just go to a quiet place, and play them to lead me to calm down. After a few serious health complications I was left with a form of PTSD and anxiety which leaves me thinking that I cannot breathe. Not once have I gone to the hospital again with severe panic/anxiety attacks! Such an amazing app

Sounds good but doesnt work!

App has a great idea, but it wont let me "add situation" meaning I cant really use many of the other features. I have a 4S, so maybe it works for newerphones.

please fix update

Please fix. It was working then you updated and now all the chill out tools and other areas are blank. Great app when it worked

Great until...

It was great until 1.1 where the audio files stopped working and they really helped me calm down!

Not working with iPhone 4S :,(

I was told this app is wonderful but so many of the sections are blank! Please fix I would love to have some help <3

Excelent app for anxiety

This is a very helpful app for anxiety relief. I do the exercises that this provides almost everyday. I really recommend this as a variety of tools for coping with anxiety, panic, stress and maintaining a healthy mental routine. After the last update the app is not working :(

Please fix

This was great when first downloaded . Now doesnt work at all . I recommend this app to my clients and now Im embarrassed to do so . Hope you will fix bugs ASAP !

Amazing

This app has calmed me down in the worst of panic attacks. If you have bad anxiety this is the app for you. Beyond amazing. Great for calming down and relaxing

Perfection

This app is great! Everything you need when youre in a stressful/anxious situation. Its nice just knowing I have this app to help me through any situation. Comments: -App is a bit laggy -"Check Yourself" section should include an option to either auto clear the previous entry or to enter new entries. I would really like to see the "New Entry" option added.

This app has really helped me deal with my stress and anxiety. I have learned so much and it is completely amazing!!!!

Ingenious App!

This app is perfect for people suffering from anxiety and various other mental illnesses. Its like a pocket size toolbox of coping skills. Im recommending this app to everyone in my support group.

Could have improvements

This is a great app, however I do think it would be great if you added in a sort of zen game to aid in relaxation for those who are more visual that auditory.

Extremely helpful!

The tips, quotes, and exercises in this app are so helpful and encouraging! They help put things in perspective. Mindshift is absolutely phenomenal in helping with anxiety and-its free!

I just cant figure it out

Over the years Ive downloaded this app and thoughtfully completed its many steps no less than three times, and probably more like four to five if Im being honest. But each time, no matter how much time has elapsed between my attempts, Im unable to get past a point of imputing my answers. Every time I try to use (or even just to see) the plan it supposedly creates, it app thinks Im attempting to edit my former answers and launches me back to the start. The few mediation so have reached (by some unexplained miracle) were not worth the headache, time and space (on the phone) lost.

This app is useful but there is Fixable flaws

Heres the thing, my therapist recommended this app to help with my anxiety. And it the most part it helps. But there is one thing that does bother me; When you do the check-in (in the individual tab) you cannot see your entries. It would be useful to me, my therapist and the others who may try this app. Id give it a 4.7/10 so you did a good job, well done.

LOVE this app, except for one thing

I absolutely love this app. Soooo helpful in times when I feel anxious and need to calm down. I gave it one star in the hopes they would notice my review...please make it so that the calm breathing exercises and the other chill out tools keep playing when my iPhone screen turns off, like music apps do. Its so hard to focus on calm breathing while also trying to make sure my phone stays on. Again, I love this app but this is one thing that would make it that much more amazing.

The reviews so far seem to be all over the place

So Ill try to set it straight: this app is amazingly useful if youre willing to work with it. Are you willing to feel better? It might not be incredibly useful in the heat of a panic attack or at the height of anxiety where you cant even sit still, let alone read about calming tips. But if you catch the attack early on or would like to make that nagging feeling go away--the fear of the anxiety, the fear of what triggers it--this is a straight forward and simple tool.

This app has a good concept and it does help, but on certain screens it will not let me scroll down so I cannot see the full page.

AMAZING APP (but....)

I love love love this app. Its really helped me with my anxiety and I especially love the chill out tools. The one thing I do not like is that the screen shuts off halfway through the chill out tools if I dont click it (like what happens in other apps). What would be good is if I could listen to the audio with my screen off like my music. Its really hard to pay attention to breathing and such when I constantly have to make sure my screen doesnt shut off
